Day 3 of Detox

Day 3 already for detoxing, this has flown by and already lost 4 pounds. I need to trim down another 4 pounds to be race fit so it's going well. I'm following all the recipes in the meal plan in the previous blog, missing the meat though and coffee, headache started which is a good sign as the caffiene is now draining from my system. Todays menu is fruit salad for breakfast, mixed seeds and nuts to snack on during the day along with orange, apple and Blueberries. Lunch is plain jacket potato with Salmon, Dinner will be mixed vegetable stir fry with Mackeral fillets.
